ManpowerGroup Commercial Growth Lead in Kohler, Wisconsin

Position Title: Commercial & Growth Lead

Location: Hybrid —Palo Alto or New York (Relocation coverage available)

(must be a USC/Green Card Holder/NO C2C)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Growth Lead to drive revenue generation and market expansion. You will develop strategies to achieve product market fit, optimize demand generation, and lead a team focused on e-commerce, digital subscriptions, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth:

  • Implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Achieve product market fit and a scalable business model.

  • Oversee e-commerce and digital subscription monetization.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and drive growth.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Adapt strategies based on market dynamics and competitive analysis.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts and enhance retention.

  • Guide the team in designing initiatives for revenue growth.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use data analytics to track and inform growth strategies.

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance.

Reports To: Head of Business

Manages: E-Commerce Lead, Subscription Lead, Social Media Lead

Collaborates With: Business Team, Customer Service, Product Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, e-commerce, and digital subscriptions .

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and establishing product-market fit.

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of digital marketing channels.

  • Experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
