Specific Responsibilities

• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations

• Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles

• Valet parking vehiclesDriving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus

• Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room

• Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

• Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room

• Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff

• Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

This is a Seasonal opportunity beginning late April and working till end of September/October. Shifts will vary working weekdays and weekends between 5:30am and 11:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds on a daily basis.

• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for the duration of the shift (6-8 hours)

The hourly pay range for this position is $8.70 + tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
