  • Be responsible for the Engineering and Maintenance of Production and office/relevant site facilities.

  • Be a Responsible Person for RC Code 6 and 10, and Part of Code 5 (Plant Maintenance and Safety Instrument System, P&ID)

  • Be a deputy to P&F Manager Role In case of the manager absence.

  • Activities to Maintain/improve Certifications in the site

M ain Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Responsibility

E&M manager has the following responsibility in the area of Engineering & Maintenance activities.

(General)

  • EHS

  • Personnel (organizational set up, development)

  • Cost

  • Assets (incl. capacity)

  • Efficiency (OpEx) and Investment (Capex)

(Operational)

  • Engineering and Maintenance

  • Energy Management

  • Authority Scope Handling (Fire Fighting Department, Environmental Division)

Engineering Projects (Capital Investment, Capacity Up and Production Support etc...,)

Support Technical Site Service Japan Team and Kitatone Production (AP and EM) team to be able to implement the Engineering Project without any delay. Make sure that the Projects are executed on site in accordance with Kitatone EHS rules and regulations as well as Engineering requirements.

Maintenance and Repair Service

Develop and implement the Maintenance Strategy for Production and Non-Production facilities to be able to keep the Kitatone Site facility in good running condition to operate the Plant for the required production demand. Coordinate with other departments in case of any Corrective Maintenance Implementation to be able to reduce the Production loss at a minimum level.

People and function management

People time record management, development measures and appraise the performance of the team. Direct and prioritize the workload of team members. Train (via on-the-job, in-house and/or external training programs) and coach the direct reports (who are mostly experienced professionals/ managers) and develop the succession planning in order to improve the working efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members. Compile and review work records to determine department productivity, quality of output and cost of service. Develop methods to continually improve results.

Activities to maintain/improve Certifications in the site

Plan and direct activities related to certifications (such as QMS, EMS, EFfCI-GMP, RSPO, etc.) in order to secure those certifications and successfully pass the subsequent audits.

Energy Management

Monitor, analysis and report the Energy usage such as Water, Electricity, Steam, LNG in Kitatone Site to REHSA Data Base. Timely Implementation of Opex Projects that is relevant to Energy Conservation. Report to country authority of Kitatone Site Energy usage according to the requirement

Job Requirements

Edu c a t i o n

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering field or equivalent

W o r k in g E x pe r i e n c e

  • Minimum 10 years in related field or equivalent

T e c hn i c a l & P r o f e ss i o n a l Knowledge

  • Administration skill and knowledge. English level 3 is necessary.
