Aerotek is seeking the role of a qualified Production Supervisor for our client around the Kingston, NY area! This spot is of urgent need and only 1 spot available!

1.) Experience working in a manufacturing and production environment

2.) Knowledgeable of production machines - running and maintaining machinery

3.) Proficient with hitting company goals and production metrics

4.) Great communication to and from employees and direct supervisors

The main job responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee 8-10+ production employees

• Ensure all materials are readily available for all production operators at all times

• Maintain overall productivity

• Set and adhere to all safety compliances for company regulations

• Schedule production employees/operators as required

• Log and maintain daily reports including goals and spread sheets

• Maintain inventory as needed
