Radial, Inc. seeks Senior Continuous Improvement Manager in King of Prussia, PA.

Job Duties: Plan, perform, and implement industrial process improvement initiatives at Radial fulfillment centers, leveraging Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methods. Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project and/or Kaizen teams responsible for improving production and logistics processes at site level. Lead and direct third-party logistics, CI efforts, providing direction and support to onsite CI employees. Coach CI employees to ensure Radial CI System is evolved and implemented across responsible network sites. Partner with operations leaders, engineering resources and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, and implement CI initiatives. Support operations strategic goals (improving speed of service, quality of service delivery, process efficiency and effectiveness, process innovation and transformation.) Partner with finance and operations to document savings related to process improvements, including follow-up to ensure post improvement sustainability. Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies leveraging such tools as Hoshin planning. Collaborate with site leaders to develop capability and understanding of operational processes.May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline and one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment

Special Skill Requirements:

• Designing and implementing a framework of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions

• Designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues

• Deploying continuous improvement programs in organizations at various levels of maturity

• Implementing process improvements, while demonstrating operational and business impacts

• Mentoring operations leaders and Continuous Improvement practitioners

• Developing teams in problem solving and Lean manufacturing methods

• Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Minitab, and Smartsheet

• CERTIFICATIONS : Must be certified in Lean Green Belt or Six Sigma Green Belt
