What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

Efficiently controlling productivity through direct supervision of shipping associates. Shipping leads are responsible for leading, training and supervising all associates under this position. They are responsible for safe movement and loading of all customers' product.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate any discrepancies and/or performance issues to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in a timely manner

• Communicate company policies, procedures, and methods to associates as required

• Lead training, and oversee daily shipping functions

• Responsible for any other duties or tasks as assigned by Management and to take direction from Supervisor at all times

Qualifications/experience:

• Relevant level 7 qualification

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role

• The ability to organize, motivate and understand people

• Continual attention needed to ensure plant reaches its production targets
