Naval Sea Systems Command SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in Keyport, Washington

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the UNMANNED UNDERSEA SYSTEMS DIVISION within the UNMANNED & THEATER USW SYSTEMS DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will serve as the Branch Head of the Unmanned Systems Integrated Product Support Branch and apply management and leadership experience in planning, implementing, and executing technical projects and programs. You will provide oversight and management of Branch projects and initiatives from the perspective of people, structure, rewards, resources, decisions, and processes. You will support various customers of NUWC Division Keyport by continually developing and providing capable staff with Integrated Product Support (IPS) knowledge, skills, and abilities and creating a consistent and predictable performance framework. You will coordinate with Technical Project Managers to establish project requirements, deliverables, cost, and schedules to meet customer requirements. You will be responsible for personnel management matters including hiring actions, reassignments, recognitions, disciplinary measures, and employee development. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Integrated Product Support in support of the acquisition, readiness, or lifecycle management of a warfare system.
