JOB REQUIREMENTS: Production Specialist Electrical Wiring Assembly Sanmina Corp, a world-wide leader in the EMS industry, has an immediate opening for a Lead in the Prep/PC Department on 1st Shift in its Pleasant Prairiefacility, conveniently located right off I-94 near the Kenosha and Lake County, IL border! Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable in Electrical Assembly process, point to point wiring, stripping and crimping of wiring. RESPONSIBILITIES: To direct; coordinate and schedule the manufacturing process in thearea. Monitor and control production goals and efficiencies! Work closely with Management and Scheduling Department Maintain exceptional qualitystandards. Will discuss other responsibilities atinterview. These are the primary responsibilities of the position - however, the qualified applicant may be asked to perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity. QUALIFICATIONS: Electrical Assembly experience. Stripping and crimping of wiring. Experience reading blueprints and SOPs. Previous leadership skills preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to direct and trainemployees. Responsible, organized and self-motivated. Ability to motivateothers. Problem solvingability. Excellent attendance-must be able to work allovertime. 4-6 years of related experience. High School or GED.
