Introduction:
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of CRM MS-Dynamics, S/4 HANA and PLM Teamcenter across five releases.
Responsibilities:
Solution Lead throughout the project lifecycle to provide expert guidance on both functional and technical capabilities of Dynamics CRM 365, Power Apps, Power Platform & Dynamic Portal to meet business needs.
Evaluate new System functionality and suggest system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and streamline processes to help the business achieve its objectives leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Analyze the operations processes so that the area of improvement can be identified and planned for to be automated.
As a subject matter expert, you’ll conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms to address business requirements.
Coordinate and provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the D365 system.
Understanding business requirements and designing and formulating a plan throughout the project journey.
Lead the Design, Build, Test and Deploy phase to ensure alignment with the architecture and successful go-live/implementation.
Maintain regular communication with internal IT teams and business teams to provide advisory support and address any design challenges.
Build relationships with business team and become a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computing or related field required.
5+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as functional SME ( Dynamics architect preferred)
Experience with Microsoft D365 full lifecycle implementations.
3+ years of experience using Model Driven Apps & Canvas apps to implement extended Dynamics features and enhancements required.
Good Knowledge on .Net Framework and Java Scripts.
Experience with multiple systems integration include ERP, PLM, CLM, etc.
Experience working in an Azure environment.
Should have good working knowledge with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically Hi-Tech / Semiconductor manufacturing, is a plus.
Functional expertise rather than technical expertise.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
