Introduction:
As a test manager in a large-scale ERP transformation and implementation project you would be responsible to Define Scope, Deliver and Execute ERP testing.
Your Job
As a test manager in a large-scale ERP transformation and implementation project you would be responsible to Define Scope, Deliver and Execute ERP testing.
Define test scope and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management and test tool selection.
Delivery of industry standard automation and performance testing frameworks, providing quick and efficient test execution in relation with ERP/SAP program.
Implement and monitor processes for Testing. Manage Delivery by Metrics. Publish KPIs for all Testing Projects on weekly, or milestone, basis.
Creating reporting for Senior Leadership
Requirements and Qualifications:
Overall experience of 7-12 years and Test Manager experience in multiple large transformation projects is a must.
Experience in handling multi-vendor situations is a must.
Expertise in Testing Automation, Tosca, Q-Test and test management and defect triage processes.
Demonstrate leadership and general ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
Experience in working with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
