Responsibilities

• We need our maintenance technicians to think outside the box to resolve complicated downtime issues.

• Plumbing, carpentry, welding, troubleshooting, machine breakdown, moving machines, the layout of machines, HVAC maintenance, and chiller maintenance are typical items needed.

• Electrical--- troubleshooting is needed on a wide variety of machines. Running wire and conduit. Control voltage repair and troubleshooting. understanding electrical code, understanding different voltages At the advanced level we would also design and build our own electrical panels for the custom machines we build. Replacing motor, solenoids, drive boards, capacitors, relays, fuses, and breakers experience needed.

• Fabrication—We build custom machines, experience in welding, lathe, milling machine, saws, grinders, hand drilling and tapping, and sheet metal fabrication for guards, are helpful, but not necessarily a deal breaker.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
