Job Description

Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements, including compressor repairs and furnace installations. Conduct general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, such as plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation. Complete tasks efficiently and according to industry standards and company guidelines. Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement.

Work Environment

Operate within a 30-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area, extending as far south as Louisburg, as far north as Platte City, and as far east as Pleasants Hills. Cover an average of 200 miles per day. Work on various types of properties; including rental properties, apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes.
