Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team operating in Kansas City, Missouri. This role provides an excellent opportunity for long-term contract employment in an established business within the industry. The primary functions of this role focus on managing customer inquiries, application processing, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls

• Handle face-to-face customer assistance at the office

• Maintain regular phone and email correspondence with customers

• Update and research customer accounts as necessary

• Execute data entry tasks with precision

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Schedule appointments as needed

• Provide top-notch customer service in a call center environment. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Solid experience in a call center customer service environment

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Capable of handling email correspondence professionally and timely

• Proactive in learning about products or services to improve customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during holidays, weekends, and overtime if required.
