Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Controller located in Kansas City, Missouri. This role falls within the industry of Accounting and Finance and requires the individual to handle various tasks such as managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also need to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records using accounting software systems.

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for effective management and tracking of customer inquiries.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in accounts and financial records.

• Manage budget processes and ensure adherence to set financial guidelines.

• Utilize '3M' and 'ADP - Financial Services' for effective accounting functions.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.

• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M is essential for this role.

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Proficient in using CRM.

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is needed.

• Mastery of Accounting Functions is expected.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Expertise in Auditing is crucial.

• Experience in Budget Processes is important.
