Job Title: Compound Operator/Chemical Operator
Job Description

The Compound Operator, under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, will establish and adhere to manufacturing practices and safety procedures. This role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with accommodations made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Hard Skills
Documentation and math skills for measuring chemicals
Recording time, psi, and chemical mix details
Knowledge of mixing chemicals according to instructions
Familiarity with raw materials handling post-quarantine
Ability to use flow meters
Understanding of cGMP's and regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, EPA)
Proficiency in detailed paperwork
Batching, Mixing, and Chemical Operating
Soft Skills
Proven ability to drive team productivity while maintaining high quality and morale
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving and process improvement orientation
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Stanley, North Carolina.
Work Environment
The plant is climate-controlled and clean. The role involves working with a weekend team assembled to support the 1st and 2nd shifts due to increased demand.
