About You

This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Senior Director, OtisONE Product Management based in Shanghai. You are responsible in managing and executing IoT software projects within the allocated time and budget and ensure effective and efficient implementation of IoT solution in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Software Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase

• Lead the team cross-functionally and geographically to deliver the new product development programs within the scope of work, allocated time and budget and ensure quality delivery

• Resposible for program status reporting, budget planning, spending, and tracking for the projects

• Manage multiple types of programs including 3rd party partners development products and/or solutions

• Accountable for general business concepts, ROI, budget management, strategic alignment, quality principles and application and organizational issues involved in software project and program management

• Execute data driven analytic and Web/APP product management

• Drive E-commerce, customer facing application and subscription management

• Utilize software requirement to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule

• Manage change, risks, and issues. Ensure issues are highlighted, addressed and resolved in a timely manner

• Track project progress and report status to the management team and take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed

• Monitor project quality assurance (QA) activities, manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting

Requirement

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Electronics and Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration

• Min. 6 years of relevant experience in software related business, with 3 years in managerial position

• Prior experience in managing Executive-level stakeholders is preferred

• Prior experience in software development will be an added advantage

• Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team’s activities are aligned with broader team’s strategy, priority and objectives

• Ability to manage 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholders management skills with demonstrated ability to interact and influence management at all levels of the organization

• Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills

• Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

• Inquisitive and enjoy working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
