Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Handle the project management process for the the supply chain department, working with a multidisciplinary team you will lead the projects achieving profitable, on-time and reliable launches.

You will be a key player on the achievement of the cost out objective for the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Align 100% with EATON SCM policies.

Ensure supply chain project data base is maintained as needed.

Work with PUNE (India support agents) and external agents as the primary contact for out of site projects.

Follow execution of current project hopper.

Analyze current supply chain state to develop cost out projects while in alignment with category strategies.

Ensures standard program management processes are utilized by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.

Creates project schedules while keeping cross functional team focused on critical path and milestone attainment.

Provides performance status reports (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red), high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional, and group levels.

Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

• 80% Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Business or Technical)

• A minimum 3-5 years’ of project management experience in a supply chain organization.

• A minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of electronics products and manufacturing processes

• Project Management Qualifications (PMP)

• Contribuir para el logro de los objetivos y metas ambientales y de seguridad en su área de responsabilidad.

• Apoyo para mantener el S.A.A. para el cuidado del medio ambiente y dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos que le apliquen.

• Llevar a cabo las actividades relacionadas a EHS que le correspondan.

• Reportar cualquier condición de EHS de riesgo/insegura que detecte a EHS o su supervisor para seguimiento.

• Conocer los aspectos ambientales e impactos de su actividad y aplicar los controles operacionales aplicables a su puesto (Separar y depositar en los contenedores que corresponda los residuos de basura común, papel reciclable, botes de aluminio, cartuchos vacíos de tóner y tinta; reportar fugas de agua y gas, reducir consumo de agua y energía y reducir generación de residuos)

• Completar los entrenamientos de EHS que le sean asignados (Entrenamiento General de MESH).

• Comunicar cualquier situación de emergencia de detecte a EHS o a su supervisor y seguir los procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias de las mismas.
