As a Business Support Specialist you will provide a wide variety of support activities ensuring the operational readiness of the organization. If you have advanced Excel skills are very detail oriented and are able and willing to lift up to 35lbs then this is the role for you.

salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

As a Business Support Specialist, Job Duties include:

• Reviews contracts for completeness, validation and qualification of customer information.

• Indexing of documentation and validation of payment instructions.

• Managing the documentation from receipt to retention and ensuring that the High Risk payment information is validated and reviewed for completeness and accuracy during the entering process.

• Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry.

• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.

• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

Skills:

• 2+ years working in the Financial Field, Mortgage Industry or Banking Environment.

• Possess a high attention to detail & focus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced MS Excel.

• Ability to sit for long periods & lift up to 35lbs.
