Citizens Analysis and Reporting Sr Analyst in Johnston, Rhode Island

Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Analysis and Reporting Sr Analyst to join our Fraud Business Intelligence team at Citizens. As a business intelligence team member, you will be responsible for supporting daily reporting batch framework, enabling newer reporting automation, and developing analytical insights for a specific business unit or product line enabling time sensitive business decisions. Responsibilities typically include collaboration and effective communication with cross functional teams to achieve objectives, assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments upon request.

The role will require an ability to demonstrate fast-learning mindset to parse, organize, analyze significant amount of data points with attention to detail and accuracy.

The role may also require ability to learn new tools and software, as necessary.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Primary focus is on execution within defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and or experiences, in partnership with more experienced staff.

  • Performs routine, complex analytical review of data and/or documentation which may include customer data and/or review for fraud/risk activities and/or perform moderately complex analysis to identify and resolve process-level issues.

  • May perform ad hoc analysis and reporting and collaborate with management and/or project team stakeholders.

  • Ensure the consistent and timely production of management and exception reporting as well as analysis of data for Executive Management.

  • Prepare and analyze complex data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of PL/SQL, SAS programming, dashboard and reporting tools viz – Tableau, WebFocus, Alteryx and/or other reporting tools

  • Exposure to qualitative and/or quantitative datasets

  • Critical and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to job automation schedulers like Autosys and/or others

  • Fraud experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $ 81,375 - $ 135,625 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
