Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for East Tennessee State University located in Johnson City, Tennessee . The Retail Manager candidate will be highly visible to students, staff, and clients and must possess the skills to manage all retail units with a focus on Customer Service Excellence. Ideal candidate will display a great deal of creativity with food options, retail trends and programming. Will manage branded concepts, customer requests, frontline associates and will motivate, mentor, and develop staff to provide consistent quality. Will oversee financial responsibilities and cost controls, purchasing, cash handing processes, POS programming and maintenance, safety programs and standards, retail brand standard and manage the success of compliance of all daily retail food service operations. Relocation assistance available.

The successful candidate will:

• lead front-line teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or

• train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.

• exhibit flexibility and manage multiple priorities.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
