TEKsystems Trade Case Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Job Title: Trade Case Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze Employee Compliance cases to identify root causes of non-compliance.

  • Conduct thorough investigations to gather facts and evidence to support findings.

  • Determine appropriate corrective actions to bring employees back into compliance.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans, including training and coaching for employees.

  • Track and monitor employee progress towards compliance.

  • Identify trends and patterns of non-compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, management, and other departments to resolve compliance issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of compliance cases, including case files, incident reports, and metrics.

  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working within Employee Compliance.

  • Prior experience clearing alerts from a backlog issue.

  • System implementation of STAR - any STAR Software experience preferred.

Job Details:

  • Workplace: 1-2 days in-office in Jersey City and 3-4 days working remote

  • Placement: 4-month Contract
