JPMorgan Chase Innovation Economy Business Management, Senior Associate in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Senior Associate in the Innovation Economy( IE) Business Management, you will, youwill be responsible for delivering findings to senior stakeholders to influence behaviors and decision making through the analysis of business performance and market opportunities. Given the multiple industries supported and fast-paced environment of IE. You willutilize analytic, business, and client focus skills and has an ability to deliver consistent and high-quality work while prioritizing and managing multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.

Job responsibilities

  • Organize complex information (e.g., sales metrics, banker activities, campaigns, initiatives) in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests and growth strategy projects to improve national market share and key revenue drivers across multiple industry specializations

  • Communicate effectively with key business partners across the Commercial Banking Data & Analytics group, Financial Planning & Analysis, and partner Business Management teams to understand projects and drive next steps

  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for strategy working sessions, internal management meetings, town halls, and employee recognition

  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and senior management stakeholders, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

  • Engage team on internal activities (i.e. weekly meeting, brainstorming sessions, volunteer activities)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Previous banking, management consulting

  • Expertise in PowerPoint (PitchPro+), Excel, and Word required

  • Attention to detail with strong time management and prioritization skills is a must

  • Mature, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player who seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • business management/COO experience preferred

  • knowledge of Alteryx, SQL or other analytics tools desired

  • Familiarity with internal JPMC systems and business intelligence toolsets is a plus
