Description

We are recruiting for a HR Recruiter role in the Gambling Industries located in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role involves attracting and engaging talent, conducting interviews, and fostering relationships with professional organizations. This role is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Play a strategic role in sourcing and engaging both active and passive talent for hourly, shift based positions

• Proactively build talent networks and pipelines to ensure a broad reach

• Stay updated on industry trends and impactful market updates

• Use innovative technologies and/or tools to expand the Recruitment toolkit

• Build relationships with professional organizations for talent engagement and organizational partnership

• Enhance the overall candidate experience

• Handle additional Adhoc People/HR team projects as needed

Requirements • Proficient in the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient tracking and management of job applicants.

• Experienced in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates and posting job advertisements.

• Ability to manage and maintain Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate record of working hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, analyzing data and generating reports.

• Experience in conducting Background Checks while complying with legal regulations and company policies.

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions including planning, developing, and redesigning company benefit programs.

• Strong Documentation skills for creating and maintaining accurate records of all recruiting activities.

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes including screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
