The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for answering customer calls, chats and user submitted tickets. While documenting each interaction in the ticketing system. The analyst will use the information gathered to diagnose issues and resolve or route per procedures. This includes supporting a wide range of software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
