[CNA will apply their experience, skill, compassion, and training at the directive of a detailed written care plan. Services performed will include; Companion Care, Personal Hygiene Assistance, Transferring Assistance, Light House Duty, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, House Safety, Dressing Assistance, Coordination of Schedules, and many more within the RSA Level I and II guidelines.
