JOB REQUIREMENTS: : Responsible to the Program Director to provide and perform application processing and outreach activities for the Weatherization Program. Performs a variety of duties and project work directed at maintaining a sufficient flow of jobs to and through the audit and production functions to ensure compliance with unit production and job cost requirements. Responsible for auditor scheduling and additional administration functions as needed and to cross train with other positions. Must project a positive, professional image and with strong interpersonal communication, organizational, problem resolution skills. Program Operations Review prospective client and building records to find, assess and target job opportunities that will support meeting requirements for unit completions and job costs. Coordinate with Energy Services Incorporated in both Rock and Walworth Counties to educate staff and energy assistance recipients of the Weatherization Program. Initiate and carry out outreach activities to generate interest and participation in Weatherization Program services.
