Data Dimensions, LLC Project Support Specialist in Janesville, Wisconsin
Description
Purpose: The Project Support Specialist supports operations as a subject matter expert for project functional areas for process oversite and issue resolution through coordination with customers, partners and internal staff utilizing internal and external systems resources.
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
Starting salary would be $59,000 annually as a non-exempt employee.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary per management.
Collaborate on ideas for resolution to issue items and document these resolutions.
Provide statistics and reporting on a scheduled or adhoc basis to project management, operations management, internal and external, as policies and procedures dictate.
Update and maintain current reporting.
Create future reporting based on changing requirements and changing information.
Maintain written documentation as to process procedures.
Provide documentation and direction to operations staff as to any operational/instructional changes, including performing training on assigned accounts.
Provide communications to client, project manager, client service manager, technical team and/or other operational staff as required to support the project.
Learn new systems, processes and technologies as assigned.
Back up supervisor as needed.
Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
Associates degree plus 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work independently in a team to identify, clarify and remedy issues.
Problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and execution skills.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task with flexibility to change directions with little or no notice.
Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Travels as requested for meetings, planning sessions, and/or training.
