JOB REQUIREMENTS: Staff On Site currently seeking fast food assistant managers for temp to hire positions in Janesville. As a manager, you are responsible for assisting in the management of a restaurant. You will be required to communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers. Managers are responsible for managing several different tasks at a time. Resolving customer complaints, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean restaurant are part of the job. Being able to identify and solve problems is required. Prior management and food service experience is required. Must be available between 6:00A-9:30P and able to cover call-ins at the last minute. The establishment is open 7 days a week 365 days a year including holidays. Duties Include Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience by providing excellent customer service Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and speed of service Training new employees in job duties and work culture to help them become familiar with the operation Handling customer complaints and resolving issues with them to ensure a positive experience Hiring and firing employees based on business needs and employee performance Maintaining inventory of supplies such as food, paper goods, and cleaning supplies Managing staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are covered at all times Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and performance to ensure that standards are being met ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Resolving customer complaints, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean restaurant are part of the job.
