What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop working relationships built on trust. Understand current & potential customers’ business objectives and challenges. Proactively and creatively understand and solve client problems while suggesting ways to improve profitability and assist with budget planning (planning marketing activities, assisting with menu & design changes, etc.)

  • Act as a key external resource to achieve the customers’ goals with internal stakeholders. Attend and lead discussions with owners or nutritional directors during conferences and seminars, and lead product and merchandising pricing proposals

  • Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance using the Martin Bros. sales process

  • Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • "Go the extra mile" for the customer while balancing what is profitable for the organization

  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

  • Comply with inventory control procedures
