Customer Service Representative - Janesville, WI We\'re hiring full-time INBOUND phone service representatives! You\'ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience in April2024. Join us at401 S. Wright Road, Janesville, WI 53546. Pay: Start at \$17.25/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to \$18.45/hour! Shifts, Training & Work Environment: Enjoy your weekends off and the shift we are hiring for is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday! Our 8-week ONSITE training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. You will receive equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories. After graduation (completion of 8-week, ONSITE training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference). Team members can also enjoy working in the office up to 5 days! You can earn additionalflexibility to work from homeup to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts typically after 6 months.
