Oracle Services Sales Director in JAKARTA, Indonesia

Job Description

Responsible to manage 2 or more individual contributors (Services Sales Reps) and may carry their own quota.

  • Responsible for attaining sales objectives on branch/area basis.

  • Responsible for business results, costs, and people management.

  • Manages tasks and projects, as defined by senior management, to meet business targets.

  • Manages subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions as set by higher management.

  • Responsible for the delivery of a service to agreed standards or service levels.

  • Developing strategy for finding and generating new customers.

  • Experience in handling bid team/Bid process

  • Understand enterprise customer industry applications building blocks

  • Global account/key account director experience a bonus.

  • Experience in crafting a managed services/outsourcing deals in IT operations a bonus

  • Must have proven records of achievements and customer management in Indonesia and Malaysia, particularly as a people’s manager

  • at least 12 years of IT sales/technical experience.

Career Level - M4

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify and understand customer's IT support and operational challenges

  2. Proposes CSS solutions to address customer's business/IT problems

  3. Engage with CSS local/global COE pre-sales/delivery resources to ensure meeting oracle objectives of customer success and satisfaction

  4. Entrench and build long-term business relationship with key customer accounts for the objectives of becoming their

managed services provider on oracle products.

  1. Work with Oracle xLOB to position CSS services/solutions as part of end-to-end Oracle solutions

  2. Coach and develop individual sales and aligned them to the right territory to achieve sales targets

  3. Develop strategies to align enterprise transformations with both Oracle internal and customer architects and explaining the business value of services
