Manulife Indonesia Chief Agency Officer – Region 1 having responsibility to drive quality execution end to end of initiatives in Branch channel while also maintain and nurture relationships and foster a high-performance culture based on authenticity, trust, connection, and collaboration with agency branch leaders. Also, to takes bold steps in delivering sustainable results and objectives to ensure Branch quality business are delivered and sustained.

We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree from reputable university

  • Good at using Windows, Ms Offices, Ms. Power Point and Ms Excel

  • Minimum 10 years experiences in financial industry, especially in the agency sales and show a proven good track record in sales management, training, recruitment and development and have ability to build a good relationship with the sales forces

  • Have a good understanding in financial business and ability to show good performance.

  • Have an ability to determine and implement short- and long-term strategy for business and value.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), good at English will be additional benefit

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

1.Responsible for achieving through profitability, APE and its growth, including Tier II metrics : NR, Active Agents, Promotion and Manulife Pro Headcount of Branch Agency

2.Drive quality execution end to end of initiatives in Branch Agency channel.

3.Maintain strong and healthy relationship & competitiveness among agency leaders and Manulife Pro agents in Branch channel within the area.

4.Develop and maintain agency support and ecosystem within Branch area.​

5.Ensures robust risk management in Agency end to end, including but not limited to Sales and agents quality, persistency, sustainability, regulatory compliance, preventing frauds and dummy risk.

6.Drive the “entrepreneurial and team building spirit” of the Branch, whilst ensuring that the business outcome and objectives are uniformly applied across all Branch to ensure sustained and quality business.
