About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our growing team! As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring our users have the information they need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other technical documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand product features and functionalities.

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and tailor documentation accordingly.

• Write in a clear, concise, and engaging style, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness.

• Utilize various technical writing tools and software (e.g., DITA, MadCap Flare, API documentation tools).

• Maintain a consistent style guide and branding across all documentation.

• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for technical writing.

• Contribute to the overall quality and usability of our products and services.
