WestRock Company Sr. Coordinator, Customer Service - Preprint in Jacksonville, Florida
The Opportunity:
The Sr. Coordinator, Customer Service - Preprint, is responsible for managing customer requirements as they relate to High Graphic Print applications on achor accounts. They are the main contact between sales, the end customer, converting facility and high graphic print facility.
The SCCS will help determine the best graphic application as it relates to customer needs along with planning, forecasting, inventory analysis and reporting. In this role they will also work and troubleshoot with internal print teams to ensure full customer satisfaction.
The SCCS will oversee the account needs, matched with WestRock capabilities to focus on customer satisfaction and the business unit bottom line results.
How you will impact WestRock
Functioning as a mentor for the AC role
Handle inventory-based accounts in addition to make and deliver accounts
Serving as the back-up for the Pre-pricing Specialist role when needed
Experience in printing or packaging is a must
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational & time management skills - ability to be proactive, set and acknowledge priorities
Ability to multitask and complete tasks timely, efficiently and accurately

Serve as advocate and point of contact between our end customer,converting customer, and internal graphics teams
Visit key customer locations to enhance ongoing business relationships as needed
Responsible for collaborating with team members and management to develop creative corrective actions / solutions to customer issues or gaps in process to improve quality and accelerate speed to market
Perform other duties as assigned and assist anywhere needed
What you need to succeed:
Minimum five years Account Coordinator experience
Minimum Vocational or Associates Degree is required. Bachelors degree is preferred
Experience in customer service and managing employees is required
A proactive disposition and ability to prioritize is essential
Computer experience and knowledge of Windows applications & Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
Ability to work with cost systems and estimating reports
