The HQRI Provider Support Team (PST) Market Consultation/Partnership Professional 2 creates content and deploys training to provider facing associates on our market teams. The Market Consultation/Partnership Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Market Consultation/Partnership Professional 2 engages and partners with market associates and corporate teams to drive initiatives. This role influences and consults on matters related to quality and measurement of risk adjustment and quality programs with markets. This role understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. This role makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. This role follows established guidelines/procedures.

Key duties of the role will include training content development and deployment as well as many important tasks such as supporting the administration (i.e. management of attendee reports and certificate distribution) of continuing education units (CEU) and continuing medical education (CME) credit opportunities for risk adjustment related webinars that are available to providers and their staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Adult Learning Design/Facilitation

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Proven presentation skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends

  • Strong consultation and influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Graduate degree

  • 3+ years in a communication and/or education role

  • Experience working with Storyline, Captivate; CBT creation

  • Risk Adjustment and Quality Stars experience

  • CPC (Coding Professional Certification)

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

  • Ability to implement process improvements

  • Experience with Compass and other Humana systems

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$63,400 - $87,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
