Qualifications:

·       Highly motivated, determined, well-spoken

·       Requires ability to receive written and verbal direction.

·       Requires a valid Driver's License

·       Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent, plus experience in operations.

Responsibilities:

·       Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring hotel departments are working together and everyone is focused on exceeding the needs of our guests.

·       Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

·       Build and Foster Front Office Staff.  Create an engaging environment to motivate people to join, training to help them do their best, and advance with the company.

·       Assist General Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operation plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the company.

·       Manager on Duty as assigned.
