Xylem Sales Engineer Dewatering in Ivory Coast, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)

Prospection and sales development:

  • Establish new, maintain and expand existing relationships with customers,

  • Find new sales channels and identify new opportunities,

  • Ensure the specification role of the critical stakeholders in the market,

  • Detect and follow tenders and projects through close relations with key market stakeholders,

  • Negotiate tenders and contracts terms

  • Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales

  • Promote advanced technical products to different businesses and organizations

  • Drive the activity, compile and use the Customer Relationship Management tool (SalesForce)

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to various customers

  • Drive an active watch to keep track of market developments and evolutions

  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting (Activity, sales forecasting ...)

  • Ensure the implementation of actions resulting from the company's strategy

  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, seminars, and other marketing events

  • Promote Xylem products and brands

  • accompany customers during factory visits

Technical support and negotiation:

  • Participate and elaborate technical studies and make technical and commercial quotes with the sales support team,

  • Conduct commercial negotiations with the customers to conclude and sign contracts,

  • Work in cooperation with other departments as sales support, order & logistic, finance, marketing, service, business development...

  • Ensure follow-up of quotations and sales opportunities,

  • Participate in sales meetings at the regional level, Follow the payments and coordinate actions with the finance team.
