The Coca-Cola Company QSE Intern in Istanbul, Turkey

What You'll Do for Us:

The Quality, Safety, Environment intern will join Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain team to support QSE foundation programs, fountain operation management and Health & Safety, Supplier Management systems and programs to ensure efficient and effective QSE reporting systems are in place providing bottling partners with appropriate qualified information.

Position requires experience in working multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment. There is a need for ability to work in various business/social and Bottling Cultures, understanding and maintaining different approaches for the best interaction with Bottling plants to achieve desired results.

Key responsibilities:

✓ Support to Franchise QFS Manager on QFS Foundation programs (Marketplace Age monitoring, Manufacturing Quality, Consumer Complaint, Proficiency, Water & Ingredient Monitoring, Corrective Action Plan) on data collection, reporting and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

✓ Support on fountain operations and communication with key customers and bottling partners.

✓ Support on monthly KPI reporting for all QSE metrics.

✓ Supports continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provide data analysis.

✓ Manage QSE library, share portal and databases.

✓ Support to Health & Safety and Supplier Managers on data reporting and database update.

✓ Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master students in Food Technology, Food Science

  • Must continue studying for at least one year

  • Be able to work minimum 3 days per week

  • Fluent in English

*Previous internship or industrial experience preferred, but not necessary

  • Ability to perform in a challenging, dynamic, and changing environment and understand risks

  • Service minded, team player, high level of commitment

  • Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn

  • Disciplined and attentive

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Effective communication and project management skills

  • Able to work autonomously in a multicultural environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management
