Hilton Kitchen Coordinator - Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey

AKitchenCoordinator is responsible for working in all areas ofKitchenas needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As aKitchenCoordinator, you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. AKitchenCoordinator will also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, ordering necessary items to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs for kitchen equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
  • Able to work in all areas ofKitchen
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Comply with local licensing laws
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
