DXC Technology Analyst I Infrastructure Services (Remote PR) in Isabela, Puerto Rico

Essential Job Functions

  • The position requires the resource to reside in Puerto Rico

  • Provide security oversight and compliance support per Boeing standards as published in the Computing Security Standards Manual (CSSM), including:

  • Access Control Policy (ACP) updates and validation

  • Complete ACP assessments and validations for CSC-managed servers every 6 months at a minimum, per Boeing policy.

  • This is to include manual ACP assessments.

  • Perform changes to ACP assessments per request submitted by authorized client.

  • Ensure approval date synchronization between the ACP tool, CMDB server record, and DCIX/Serverscan.

  • Submit incidents to Server Security Team as issues arise with ACP tool.

  • Investigate data issues inhibiting ACP submission to include server record data, DCIX/serverscan, and EP Manager issues.

  • Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) update

  • Complete annual DFARS assessments for CSC-managed servers.

  • Perform changes to DFARS assessment questions as they are supplied to you by the client.

  • Ensure completion date synchronization between CAIRO, CMDB server record, and DCIX/Serverscan.

  • Inform CAIRO support team of issues inhibiting DFARS assessment completion.

  • Security Compliance Reviews (SCR)

  • Complete annual SCR assessments for CSC-managed servers.

  • Perform changes to SCR assessment questions as they are supplied to you by the client.

  • Insure completion date synchronization between CAIRO, CMDB server record and DCIX/Serverscan.

  • Inform CAIRO support team of issues inhibiting DFARS assessment completion.

  • Elevated Privilege Management

  • Perform elevated privilege request tasks and validation.

  • Perform server migrations.

  • Regularly analyze servers for unauthorized and disabled accounts.

  • CMDB Data Quality

  • Analyze and remediate server record data issues. This is to include the submission of incidents as needed for data remediation.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • One or more years of technical training in computer operations or related field preferred

  • Two or more years of computer operation experience

  • Experience working with systems infrastructure including hardware configuration, operating system, and networks

  • Experience working with system job control language

  • Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
