Description

Robert Half is hiring for a receptionist to be the point of contact for the office. This position is contract for 90 days and has strong potential to go permanent!

Responsibilities to include :

· Being the POC for the front desk, greeting customers

· Answering the phones

· Getting things up to speed in the mornings

o Maintain and manage orders/ supplies with breakroom

· Responsible for mail delivery

· Basic excel- will be getting monthly reports from bank vendors and will need to input data into their master spreadsheet

In office 100%, must be proficient with a computer!
