We are looking for a skilled Purchasing & Quoting Specialist to manage the entire purchasing process, from supplier selection to negotiation and contract execution. In this role, you will ensure efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of procurement, supporting global operations. Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in purchasing and quoting roles with negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management; APICS certification; and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier selection, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to achieve the best purchasing conditions.

• Analyze financial and procurement data to develop effective negotiation strategies and approve contracts with favorable terms.

• Apply sourcing strategies, especially in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments. Experience with international purchasing is a plus.

• Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to streamline workflow and reduce costs.

• Maintain accurate MRP inputs, including supplier details, lead times, and pricing to support effective inventory management.

• Prepare and submit quotations for products and services, collaborating closely with sales representatives, vendors, and customers.

• Monitor supplier performance, establish key metrics, and address any issues in delivery, quality, or pricing.

• Work closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, and R&D to support supply chain activities.

• Keep detailed records of quotations and contract negotiations for future reference.
