The order managerment system analyst will manages our client's in house system. They will be managing the configuration and driving enhancements based on feedback.

The ideal candidate will have expereince with retail and commerce platforms as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce processes and order management systems.

responsibilities:

• Facilitates EDI Transactions: Manages the entire EDI transaction process, ensuring accurate data exchanges between trading partners.

• Coordinates Integration: Collaborates with internal teams (IT, operations, and sales) to integrate EDI systems with existing business applications, ensuring seamless workflows.

• Troubleshoots Issues: Identifies and resolves EDI-related problems, including data discrepancies and transmission errors.

• Maintains Documentation: Develops and updates EDI documentation, including mappings, specifications, and user guides.

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Education: Associates

skills:

• Javascript (1 year of experience is preferred)
