Randstad US Business Development Manager (Hybrid) in Irvine, California

Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is hiring a Business Development Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by selling Randstad’s staffing solutions to prospective clients, expand business within current clients and recruit the best talent to make the match between clients’ staffing needs and candidates’ skills and experience.

We utilize tools and technology to enhance talent and client experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads, and expand the client base while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you get to do:

  • Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person

  • Foster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels

  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of cold calls, phone calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)

  • Responsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.

  • Negotiate pay and bill rates to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates

  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s growth potential

What you need to bring:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, staffing sales highly preferred

  • Background knowledge Business, Admin & Operations roles

  • Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment

  • Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools

Pay Rate: $62,604.00 - $43,959.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
