Job Description

Looking for a dynamic team member who will provide project management and communication support across BOTOX® Therapeutic. Key responsibilities include managing scope, project plans, logistics and schedules of major strategic initiatives in support of franchise priorities. Communication responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining an internal communication infrastructure that weaves franchise priorities throughout the organization to drive culture, awareness, and engagement. This position will report to the VP, Botox Therapeutic, and partner with the Leadership Team to serve as Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence across the BOTOX® Therapeutic organization.

  • Partner with the brand and cross-functional collaborative counterparts across the Abbvie organization to determine and prioritize business strategies and key projects, initiatives, and related processes.

  • BOTOX® Therapeutic Portfolio lead responsible for broader initiatives including BOTOX® One, BOTOX®.com, and other related activities

  • Budget management

  • Manage the sampling program, ensuring sample allocations across the nation are optimized to ensure appropriate patient utilization.

  • Effectively track and manage related promo portfolio budget

  • Determine, track and be accountable for workstream governance and KPIs to ensure BOTOX® Therapeutic delivers on its stated vision, prioritized business strategies, key projects and initiatives.

  • Accountable for the agenda, scheduling, and follow-up items for BOTOX® Therapeutic leadership sponsored meetings and events.

  • Partners closely with other functions to ensure clarity and seamless ways of working between sales and marketing and other support organizations.

  • Responsible for BOTOX® Therapeutic communications, partnering with Corporate Communications, where applicable.

  • Responsible for coordinating offsite meetings and events, including content, communications, logistics and external agencies. May partner with Meeting Planning, when necessary.

  • Develops and delivers executive level presentations covering strategic initiatives, organizational updates, and other critical information (i.e., NELT, Quarterly Reviews, Earnings Report).

  • Partners with leadership team to coordinate financial planning and governance processes and deliverables (i.e., LRP).

  • Develops and maintains business relationships across Abbvie functional areas to implement frameworks that ensure cross functional partners are contributing their expertise, capabilities, and resources are across the BOTOX® Therapeutic portfolio.

Qualifications

Qualifications;

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business related field preferred. Certification in project management and/or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

  • 8-10 years industry experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare related field.

  • Experience leading and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to effectively present ideas and document complex processes in both written and oral communication.

  • Proven track record of anticipating and resolving problems while exhibiting judgement and a balanced, realistic understanding of issues.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
