Lead SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant: IV BCforward is currently seeking a highly Lead SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant: IV for a Hybrid opportunity in St. Paul, MN Position Title: Lead SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant: IV Location: St. Paul, MN Anticipated Start Date: 11/14/2023. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in organizational behaviour, organization development and / or communications/business-related field.
• 8 plus years of relevant work experience in organizational development, management consulting or corporate communications, with an emphasis on change management and business readiness
• Implementing SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil or other S/4HANA technology solutions.
• Adapting change management plans and activities throughout technology implementation
• Working autonomously within established methodologies and governance structures
• Thinking strategically and cross-functionally to drive end-user adoption of a change.
• Assessing the scope of change management work required, planning and supporting deliverables, and executing on the plan with excellence.
• Communicating and partnering effectively across organizational levels via multiple communication vehicles
• Adapting to organizational culture and norms
• Facilitating alignment among leaders and key stakeholders
• Identifying impacted groups, scope of change, and solutions for mitigating change impacts
• Achieving results collaboratively with multiple support teams and organizations
• This role will require regular on-site presence and occasional travel.

Job Description: A growing leader is looking for a 10-month contract Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead that will deliver the overall design, development, and execution of organizational change management activities related to cross functional transformations impacting people, process and technology aligned to enterprise strategy. Implementing SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil or other S/4 HANA technology solutions will be an essential background for this position. This is a hybrid T-TH onsite position. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and socialization of the business case for change with leaders across the organization.
• Design, develop and coordinate change agent meetings across the organization to cascade communication to impacted end users. Ensure alignment and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders during periods of heavy process change and ambiguity.
• Provide coaching to leadership on strategies to cascade communication and prioritize key business unit specific impacts to their constituents.
• Collaborate with Human Resources during periods of workforce transition, job role changes, and adjustments to target operating models and organizational design.
• Design, develop, and manage change readiness assessments used to understand employee behavioural readiness and existing organizational capabilities.
