As a HUMINT/Targeting Analyst you'll provide direct targeting, lead development, and analytic support to USEUCOM counterintelligence efforts. Synchronize the targeting process with analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop target packages, operational concepts, and plans. Perform the full range of CI targeting, strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development, prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander’s priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Prepare counterespionage and counterintelligence targeting packages, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, review case file documentation and evidence, and conduct threat analysis. Provide high quality analytic products and demonstrate the ability to brief senior military and civilian leaders.

This position supports a 24/7 US Combatant Command; Schedule variances, to include nights and weekends, may occur. Expected travel is up to 10%.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Performing in-depth review and research of CI investigations and operations in the USEUCOM AOR/AOI.

•Identifying connections across and among investigations that have not been previously identified, assessed, and investigated.

•Identifying investigative options by applying focused analysis, which employs the capabilities of the greater IC, to the combined service investigative data.

•Liaising between USEUCOM J2 and the component commands regarding HUMINT operational requirements.

•Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for both the warfighter and key policy makers.

•Providing briefings and point papers regarding status of investigative support efforts.

•Monitoring and assessing FIE activity through the use of automated systems and open sources.

•Researching and developing HUMINT initiatives for operations and special projects and programs.

•Maintaining knowledge of standing CI collection requirements.

•Preparing analytical and intelligence report evaluations/products.

Required Qualifications (APPLICANTS WITHOUT THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED):

•No less than 4 years of HUMINT Targeting Experience

•Graduate of Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or equivalent including CHOTC, FHTC, OHTC, or Embassy based targeting officer course

•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Proton, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.

•Demonstrated experience in OSINT tools, managed attribution account familiarity, and network analysis•

•Current TS/SCI Clearance

•BA/BS Degree and 10+ years’ experience in intelligence analysis

Must have current US passport with NO LESS than six months prior to expiration

Must be willing to relocate to the work location within 90 days of hiring

Desired Qualifications:

•Current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

•MA/MS Degree and 10+ years’ experience in intelligence analysis.

•Understand the EUCOM AOR and current threats.

•Ability to create short term products viewed by the command staff on a daily basis.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
