St Thomas Aquinas Parish Parish Office Manager in International Falls, Minnesota

St. Thomas Aquinas Church is seeking a full-time parish Office Manager. The full-time parish Office Manager position reports directly to the Pastor, and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the parish and school staff. The parish Office Manager is an administrator supporting the Pastor's administrative responsibilities to the parish, which includes the church, school, and all associated ministries. The parish Office Manager is a steward of the financial, physical, and human resources of the parish and has fiduciary responsibility for these areas. This position is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and annual reporting. In collaboration with the Pastoral Advisory Committees. Councils, the Parish Finance Council, School Administrators, and other parish committees/organizations, the parish Office Manager ensures parish office practices align with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the parish.
