Make a Difference

The Charge Entry Representative enters appropriate billing codes and modifiers for services provided by physicians and other medical providers as assigned. The Representative also monitors missing charge information and completes charge entry according to established deadlines.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year medical office experience with a working knowledge of insurance regulations and accounting principles is required.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to complete data entry accurately and timely

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 10 key, P.C skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft products

• Knowledge of insurance regulations and accounting principles

• Ability to prioritize workload

• Testing:

o Data Entry Alpha (5500kph)

o Data Entry Numeric (5500kph)

o Basic Math (85%)

o Customer Service Mindset Survey (85%)
