Construction Manager I - Join Our Team in Indianapolis, IN!

Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry and a major contributor to 5G development, is seeking a skilled Construction Manager I to support their projects. As a Construction Manager, you'll be part of the Civil Works team, ensuring quality, adherence to standards, and successful project delivery.

Job Summary:

  • Position: Construction Manager I

  • Location: Indianapolis, IN

  • Pay Range: $40-43/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and control charges related to site design.

  2. Enforce the use of approved materials and adherence to Civil Works guidelines and schedules.

  3. Attend coordination and progress meetings.

  4. Provide on-site supervision during critical phases.

  5. Ensure safety compliance and maintain an acceptable working environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project builds (over 100 sites).

  2. Familiarity with technical specifications, workmanship quality, and safety guidelines.

  3. Ability to write progress reports and provide accurate status updates.

  4. Strong problem-solving skills within established procedures.

  5. Team leadership focused on quality and results.
